Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping in our online perfume store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the option of a refund under the following conditions:

Return Policy

• Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The perfume must be in its original packaging and unused.

Return instructions

1. Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization.
2. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging.
3. Include all related documentation, invoices and shipping labels.
4. Send the package to the address listed on the return authorization.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue the refund in the original form of payment. This can take up to 14 working days.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for perfumes that have already been opened or used. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
